Renowned comedian, Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, popularly known as Ali Baba, was on Sunday evening honored at the Ojez Forum, where he was celebrated for his immense contributions to the Nigerian comedy industry. The event, held at the prestigious Ojez venue, saw a gathering of industry peers, friends, and fans to pay tribute to the comedy legend.
During the event, Ali Baba was presented with an award of excellence by Chief Joseph Odobeatu, the Chairman of Ojez Entertainment. In his acceptance speech, the comedian shared insights into his three-decade-long career, highlighting the importance of mentorship and empowering younger generations.

Additionally, a group of blind musicians, supported by Ojez’s empowerment program, delivered a stirring musical performance that earned them a standing ovation and a surprise ticket to perform at the Ali Baba’s annual concert on January 1, 2025
