The dreams of most Nigerians to work in multi-national oil companies may without a doubt have its consequences, especially as regards senior executive officers who overtime have resorted to using their office to lure and compel junior female officers into engaging in amorous relationships all in a bid to climb the corporate rung.
With an alleged habit of getting into bed with every junior female staff, the Managing Director cum Chief Executive Officer of Energia Limited, Mr Leste Aihevba, this online news medium learned, has finally had his cup filled as he is currently entangled in a scandal over an alleged immoral and sexual relationship with a married staff. The staff identified as Braibi Boma Horsfall, who serves as his Executive Assistant is allegedly his partner in the unprofessional, and promiscuous sexual activities carried out in the company.
The husband of the lovey-dovey secretary, Mr Olaskanmi Habeeb Razak, who could no longer stomach the infidelity between Mr Leste and the mother of his five-year-old daughter from their six years marital conjugation, in an attempt to resolve the matter had earlier through a letter dated May 8, 2020, addressed to the Chairman of Energia Limited, Mr George Osahon demanded his immediate intervention but met a brick wall despite furnishing the chairman with pictorial evidence which included nudes and chats between Mr Leste and his wife, as the unprofessional actions of the MD he alleged has wrecked his home with no decisive action taken by the company.
This led the husband to proceed to court to seek redress against the company for shielding its staff by not taking any disciplinary measure against the duo, even though they are both married. According to Mr Razak, by the amoral relationship, it would appear that his wife has enjoyed some benefits which she would not be ordinarily entitled to, within Energia.
