Mr. Segun Amosu, Ceo of Sinatra Lounge and Bar, Carica Night Club and other well meaning Nigerians have congratulated King Wasiu Ayinde, the king of Fuji music and, on his chieftaincy coronation as the Olori Omoba Of Ijebu Land last weekend.
Amosu, while felicitating with Kwam 1 as he is fondly addressed in the social circle described him as a noble son of the land, who has represented his people well by giving them a voice in Ijebu land.
While other notable members of the community who all came out in their numbers to honour Wasiu Ayinde hailed him for his contributions to the development and growth of Ijebu land through his various empowerment programmes.
The coronation ceremony which took place at the palace of the Awujale of Ijebu Land, Oba Sikiru Adetona, had the diffrent traditional rulers in the community at the just concluded Ojude Oba festival, a yearly event that celebrates the rich culture and heritage of Ijebu Land.
Speaking at the occasion, the elated King of Fuji Music said the chieftain title is a call for him to do more for his people.
He said: “I was not expecting the chieftaincy title, I am representing the people and I was not expecting any reward but when it came, we thank God for it because it is a form of appreciation for hard work. It is a wake-up call for me to do more for the people. My whole team has always been serving the people and I will continue to serve them. “
