TERRIBLE DAYS AHEAD: SENATOR NWAOBOSHI TO BE DOCKED AGAIN AFTER GETTING N50 MILLION BAIL FROM COURT

The embattled Senator representing Delta North senatorial district, Mr Peter Nwaoboshi that was recently docked and remanded in prison custody on allegations bothering on fraud and money laundering up to the tune of 8 billion Naira was recently granted bail by a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The uppity Senator was granted bail on the condition of Self Recognizance, as he is a servicing senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria but was however given conditions which he must fulfill to be released.
The court presided by the unsentimental Justice Muhammed Idris instructed Senator Nwoboshi to provide two sureties in the sum of N50million each within 72hours. He is also to deposit his international passport with the court and not to travel out of the country until the conclusion of the charge against him. The case was adjourned to the 13th and 20th of June 2018 for trial.
It will be recalled that Society Reporters reported the bail conditions that will be granted to Senator Peter Nwaoboshi. We can also report authoritatively that his adversity is far from over, as he might be re-arrested and charged to court, where he will also be remanded in the Ikoyi prison, following other indicting documents submitted by the petitioners for various fraudulent activities perpetrated by the haughty senator which the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is working on. One of the witnesses for the case are the petitioners, according to our EFCC sources.
